How do I search for properties?
Use the Lead Discovery dashboard to filter by location, property type, distress motive, equity level, and more. Start broad, then narrow your results using advanced filters.
What are the 9 seller motives?
99Sellers aggregates leads from 9 distress categories: Pre-Foreclosure, Foreclosure, Auction, Probate, Code Violation, Eviction, Divorce, Tax Liens, and Out-of-State Owners.
Can I save my searches?
Yes! Click Save Search to store your criteria. You'll receive real-time alerts when new matching properties are added.
How often is data updated?
Our database is refreshed daily from county records across all 50 states. You'll never work with stale lists.
How do I get owner contact information?
Pro and Quarterly plan subscribers have full access to triple-verified owner phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing addresses via our built-in skip tracing.
Can I export leads?
Yes. Pro subscribers can export to CSV, Excel, or JSON directly from your dashboard. Export limits vary by plan — see the Pricing page for details.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
The Free plan gives you access to 50 leads per month in 1 county with basic filters. Pro plans unlock unlimited leads across all 50 states, all 9 seller motives, skip tracing, CRM exports, and priority support.

How do I upgrade my plan?
Log in and navigate to Dashboard → Billing to upgrade at any time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. Cancel anytime from your dashboard settings.
Do you offer refunds?
All paid plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied in your first 30 days, contact support for a full refund.
